John Rose is a partner in the firm of Goosmann, Rose, Colvard & Cramer, P.A. He focuses on real estate law, including finance, commercial lease transactions and construction law, including government contract law. Mr. Rose, a litigator by trade, has been very active in corporate and general residential, commercial and industrial real estate practice throughout the state of North Carolina for more than 30 years. He is a North Carolina superior court counsel and has defended or prosecuted through trial scores of cases. He received his undergraduate and Law degrees from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and the Campbell School of Law.
Greg is a knowledgeable board certified specialist who has developed extensive experience in bankruptcy, corporation, and (LLC) limited liability company practice. His practice also encompasses Litigation, Workers Compensation and Family Law(Chapter 50) which includes Divorce, Custody, Visitation, Distribution of marital assets and obligations such as individual debt, all in the light of an economic downturn.
